Mitch Kamarck recently
moderated the American Law Media's online seminar, "Doing Business On The Web"
Paul White recently spoke at the
Insurance Claims Superivsion Serminar which was held in Las Vegas.
David Wexler, Chair of the Board of
AIDS Action Council, chaired the AIDS Action Foundation's annual fundraising dinner and
fashion show which was held last month at Neiman Marcus, Beverly Hills. The event
was attended by 150 people and over $100,000 was raised for charity.
Publications
Greg Bernstein wrote two
articles for the Cannes Special Issue of the Business of Film: (1) Financing of
Independent Films for the Millenium, and (2) Indie Producer: Go North, Or East, Or West,
or South!
Steve Fayne and John Burke co-authored an article entitled
"What Exactly Is Insurance Backed Financing?" for the Business of Film's Cannes
Special Issue.
Bill Grantham wrote an
article entitled "The Rights And Wrongs Of Film Rights" for the Business of
Film's Cannes Special Issue.
Mitch Kamarck's article
"Detours, Misdirections and False Starts on the Information Superhighway: The Hidden
Dangers In Marketing Your Website" was published in the June issues of Cyberspace
Lawyer and in Glasser Legal Works' E-Commerce Law Report.
Paul White has written two
articles which will be published shortly by Defense Research Institute: (1) Allocation
Between Claims Made and Occurrence Policies for Long Tail Claims; and (2) Insurance
Coverage for Employment Discrimination Claims.

Mitch Kamarck was quoted
extensively in the article "'All You Need is Hate' Prompts a Legal Refrain" in
the June 14 edition of Cal Law.
Mitchell was also quoted in Eonline.com's June 9, 1999 article, "A Revealing
Look At Celeb Nudity on the Web - And How Stars Are Fighting It."
On June 10, Extra and Entertainment Tonight both ran features regarding Mitchell's
latest lawsuit on behalf of Cindy Margolis, the most downloaded woman on the Internet.
On June 17, the newsmagazine Fox Files ran a feature regarding Mitchell's
Intenret work on behalf of celebrities.
